Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling Charges: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service. 

(No International Orders)

Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. The UPS criteria are as follows:

Oversize 1 Package Conditions Your package is considered Oversize 1 (OS1) when all of these conditions apply: Your package´s combined length and girth exceed 84 in. (213 cm.) Your package´s combined length and girth are equal to or less than 108 in. (270 cm.) Your package´s actual weight is less than 30 lbs. (13.6 kgs.) The billable weight for each OS1 package is 30 lbs. (13.6 kgs.) Oversize 2 Package Conditions Your package is considered Oversize 2 (OS2) when all of these conditions apply: Your package’s combined length and girth exceed 108 in. (270 cm.) Your package’s combined length and girth are equal to or less than 130 in. (330 cm.) Your package’s actual weight is less than 70 lbs. (31.5 kgs.) The billable weight for each OS2 package is 70 lbs. (31.5 kgs.) Oversize 3 Package Conditions Your UPS Ground package is considered Oversize 3 (OS3) when all of these conditions apply: Your packages combined length and girth exceed 130 in. (330 cm.) Your packages combined length and girth is equal to or less than 165 in. (419 cm.) Your packages actual weight is less than 90 lbs. (40.9 kgs.) The billable weight for each UPS Ground OS3 package is 90 lbs. (40.9 kgs.) A Large Package Surcharge will be applied Large Package Surcharge A Large Package Surcharge of $40 will be applied to all UPS Ground packages, including Hundredweight, when the size of the package exceeds 130 in. (330 cm.) in length and girth combined.

This charge will be calculated when we ship and we will request Paypal payment for additional charges at the time of shipment. When we offer promotional free shipping, we will only add the difference in cost for oversize shipping charges to your order.Buyers club or E-club promotional merchandise subject to added shipping charges as listed on the product.

Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of in-stock items in the continental US, allow 4-15 days for items in stock at our supplier's warehouse. Backordered items will depend on supply by our vendors but typically allow 2-6 weeks. We will advise you when the items become available. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii.

We will ship partial orders if the value of the partial shipment is at least $75.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together at our discretion.


Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days for accessories or parts and from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material.

Defective merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer in most cases. Please check the policy of the manufacturer. We will assist you if possible. Please email our customer service department.

Customer pays all return shipping charges. PLEASE CALL MON-FRI(10-6) 516-248-5555  FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and clearly mark this number on the outside of the shipping carton. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for accessories and 20% for original  parts. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed as well as the outgoing shipping/handling charges (as listed below) on promotional free shipping offers. The remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Shipping charges

Tiered Shipping/handling fees are as follows: SHipped goods up to $199 shipping is $12.99, to $249.99 shipping is $14.99, to$4.99 is $18.99, to $999 $29.99, to$2000 $34.99, over $2000 inquire.(Except UPS oversize packages, promotional merchandise & orders outside the USA.) International orders require a minimum purchase of $250 plus shipping. We will email total cost with special instructions prior to processing your order. Oversized/overweight items subject to additional charges.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit if the customer requests the same item in a different size.(Exceptions: Can-am products are not returnable due to factory policy of not accepting returns.) Customer pays all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of the purchase. Use original packaging and mark outside of shipping carton with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.

Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection. Money orders will also be accepted by mail and Paypal if requested.

Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is back ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.

Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before any new orders once the back ordered items become available.
